Years ago I came across several books and infomercials promising to teach you how to ‘get rich’ with real estate and how you could do it with zero down…pretty catchy, right?
Especially if you’re a broke American.
I mean, you kind of already know that most wealthy people in the world typically have quite a decent real estate portfolio…so it just makes sense.
Now, I don’t know whether or not those infomercial training programs or books were legit or not…I never got around to purchasing them, however in my experience as a marketer, the reason why a lot of the sales pitches you see are so effective is because they do have a tiny element of truth in them.
But are they actually going to teach and show you how to do the things they’re promising you in their sales messages?
In my experience, most likely not…or if they do…you’re not going to find that in their $19.95 front end product. They’re gonna gouge you for $30k – $70k to get access to that information.
Not a pleasant experience (and I say that with a little pain in my voice, because I’m speaking from experience).
So, what about the other half of the sales message equation?
I mentioned that the reason that many sales messages are so effective is because that have some element of truth to them.
So, in the case of the ‘zero money down’ pitch, the only reason that angle works is because you believe it’s true.
Maybe because you’ve heard of or read stories of other people doing it.
You just don’t how to yourself.
And that’s the frustrating part.
A lot of times you can tell what’s working just by paying attention and using a little bit of common sense.
But you never find the answers you’re looking for to achieve the same degree of success that others have in their lives because you don’t know the right questions to ask.
So, just assuming that zero money down real estate investing is possible…
Where do you go to learn how to do that?
I mean a great place to learn real estate investing.
Not just some course or training that’s going to teach you that one strategy that may or may not work forever.
Where is the good information?
Is there some sort of curriculum that exists that teaches you all you need to know about real estate investing and genuinely wants you to go out and be extremely successful with the information you learn?
Surely there’s a better way to learn how to invest in real estate for the average American, where you don’t have to read hundreds of books, spend years of failure and mortgage your future with overpriced programs.
Well, the great news is that there is a solution.
